Apollo Power Facilitates Malbar Township's Development by Rerouting 110kV Power Line

Overview: Malbar Township, a project by the Malbar Group, was developing a mixed-use town spanning 10 acres, including commercial properties, a residential tower, and an educational institute. During the construction phase, the Malbar Group encountered an issue with a 110 kV line running through a small parcel of area. To address this, they sought Apollo Power's assistance in rerouting the EHT line to increase the available infrastructure space.

Location: Mangalore

Work Done by Apollo:

Apollo Power executed a comprehensive site assessment to accurately map the routes and potential impact zones of the 110 kV power lines.
Developed engineering designs and collaborated with KPTCL to implement modifications to accommodate the expansion.
Engaged with KPTCL and obtained the necessary approvals.
The rerouting was completed using six monopole towers and a narrow-based (NB) tower to accommodate the 110 kV circuits.

Our Achievement:

Malbar Group was able to proceed with the township development, effectively integrating commercial, residential, and educational spaces.
The rerouting of the power lines provided additional infrastructure space, enabling better property utilization and contributing to the project's overall success.
